Equal Employment Opportunities

We Do Everything Possible To Accommodate You & Check On The Services We Offer

At Wolfpack Protective Services, we are committed to providing the highest quality security services in California. As an equal opportunity employer, we base our employment decisions on merit, qualifications, and abilities, without discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or any other characteristic protected by law.

We fully comply with federal mandates, including the Americans with Disabilities Act, and make reasonable accommodations for qualified individuals with known disabilities. Our commitment to equal employment opportunities is reflected in our affirmative action program, which promotes opportunities for individuals in certain protected classes throughout the organization.

Our commitment to our employees extends beyond equal employment opportunities. We believe that our work conditions, wages, and benefits are competitive with those offered by other employers in this industry in California. If our employees have any concerns about their work conditions or compensation, we encourage them to voice their concerns openly and directly with their supervisors. We believe that direct communication between employees and supervisors fosters an excellent work environment, clear communications, and positive attitudes.

While we value direct communication between employees and supervisors, we also understand that employees may consider representation by individuals outside of Wolfpack. If our employees decide to examine this option, we encourage them to carefully consider related issues such as regular deductions from paychecks for representation fees, potential outside interference with supervisory relationships, and the commitment to comply with directions from third parties.

Wolfpack provides security guards in California and a wide range of security services to meet the needs of our clients. We offer customized solutions, client relationship management, supervision and training, and officers tracking, all at a competitive price point. Our commitment to excellence in security services in California is reflected in our attention to details, excellent response level to any minor issues, and attendance at all board meetings on a regular basis. Our customized appearance, through uniforms or vehicles, enhances the image of our presence in any contracted location.

In an effort to protect and maintain direct employer/employee communications, we will resist organization, within applicable legal limits, and protect the right of employees to speak for themselves.

If and when employees examine the option of representation by individuals outside Wolfpack, however, we strongly encourage careful consideration of such related issues as regular deductions from paychecks for representation fees, the potential for outside interference with supervisory relationships, and the commitment to comply with directions from third parties.

Immigration Law Compliance

Wolfpack takes immigration law compliance seriously for its security guards in California and is committed to ensuring that all of its employees are authorized to work in the United States. We do not discriminate on the basis of citizenship or national origin. As per the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986, all new employees must complete the Employment Eligibility Verification Form I-9 and provide valid documentation to establish their identity and eligibility to work in the United States.

Employees who are rehired must also complete the form if they haven’t done so within the past three years, or if their previous I-9 is no longer valid. By complying with these regulations, Wolfpack ensures that it hires and retains only eligible security guards in California and contributes to a fair and just workforce.
